Wheels to Work is a scheme that provides transport solutions to individuals who are experiencing difficulties in accessing training, employment and/or educational opportunities due to lack of suitable public or private transport. This scheme can be particularly important for people living in isolated rural communities.

Wheels to Work Derbyshire is hosted by Derbyshire Rural Community Council, with support from a number of funders.

How we can help

Wheels to Work Derbyshire can offer six-month scooter or bicycle loans for people over the age of 16, living in Derbyshire, unable to access a job, training or educational placement due to a lack of transport.
